My roommate and I are the best tenants imaginable. Seriously. We don't party, we don't smoke, and we don't have any pets. We're friendly, responsible, boring people. Quiet students with quiet pastimes and no harmful habits.

We're looking for a 1-2 BR apartment, preferably on 3rd or 4th Street. It can't be north of Central Park. We'd like to pay under $525 (maybe more depending on included utilities) for a first-floor or basement apartment with windows. Laundry on-site or washer/dryer hookups would be great as well. Obviously not all of these are absolute requirements.

We do what we can to keep things looking nice. We would love to plant flowers, shrubs, etc. and make sure the outside area is well-kempt.

We won't need to move until April or May, so consider this a way to ensure an immediate new tenant if you have one moving out soon, or aren't quite finished renovating. Please contact me if you or someone you know has a place available.

Hi there, a friend of mine and myself are looking for a place in Old Louisville. I am 21, a fulltime student and a fulltime worker. Currently I go to Embry Riddell but come fall I will be transferring to U of L's speed school. My friend 30 and also a fulltime worker. Both of us are non-smokers.

We are looking for a 2bed/ 2bath. Some utilities included would be nice but not required. Looking to spend no more than $800 a month. The place needs to be presentable, so please no dumps. We are both pretty quite individuals so we wont make a lot of noise, but every so often we will entertain some guests.

Brothers of us have any pets at the moment, although I might have to go get my dog from my parents in Washington to stay with me. She is part black lab part boxer. Well behaved and house broken. It probably wont happen so if you do not accept pets it's no big deal.
